This notice explains the personal data used to provide Morning-Map and manage access to its private Telegram channel.

Data we process

Telegram sign-in supplies your Telegram user ID and, when available, your display name and username. Starting the bot also supplies the private chat ID needed to deliver account and access messages. We store subscription and channel-membership state, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, an optional TradingView username, and essential session records including expiry time, IP address and user-agent.

Purposes and legal bases

Account, billing, channel access and requested indicator access are processed to perform the subscription contract or take steps you request before subscribing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security, abuse prevention and reliable delivery are processed for our legitimate interests in operating the service safely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Billing records required by law are retained under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, account database and security infrastructure. Telegram provides sign-in, bot messaging and the private channel. Stripe processes checkout, payments and billing-portal access. These providers process data under their own terms and may process data outside the European Economic Area using the transfer safeguards described in their privacy documentation.

Cookies and retention

Morning-Map uses only essential, secure cookies for the Telegram login flow and your signed-in session. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Login-flow cookies expire after 10 minutes and account sessions after 14 days. Account and access records are kept while needed to provide the service; billing and transaction records may be retained for statutory periods. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact rene@renem.net. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
